CANCELLATIONS

​72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that we can fill your spot. No charges will be applied to your account if you follow this guideline. You are required to notify us of cancellations or rescheduling over the phone. Fifty percent of your total booking will be charged if cancellation or rescheduling is less then above stated time. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in one hundred percent of your total booking will be charged. Gift Certificates may be forfeited for cancellations/rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice, depending on each individual situation. Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no shows.

SAFETY

We recognize that both workers and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to reschedule appointments as soon as possible when they are feeling unwell. If you have any of the following contagious illnesses your appointment must be rescheduled to protect our workers: - Fever - Diarrhea - Vomiting - Influenza - Common Cold - Chicken Pox (Varicella) - Measles - Mumps - Meningitis - Hepatitis A - Conjunctivitis - Rubella  - Impetigo - Meningococcal Disease - Polio - Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp - Scabies - Thrush - Whooping Cough - Or any other contagious illness not listed. To eliminate the spread of bacteria and allergens we also ask that you supply your own vacuum and toilet brush. With the recent outbreak of Covid-19, we ask that if you have been travelling, have been around someone who has, or you have been in close proximity with an infected persons within the past 2 weeks that you reschedule your appointment.

LATE FEES

As a small business, we rely on our clients to pay their invoices on or before the due date to be able to continue business as usual. We allow three days for our invoices to be paid in full. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to add on late fees. Our late fees are a flat rate of $10 CND per day past the due date.

 

If you need an extension to the due date, we are more than willing to work with you. You are required to notify us of an extension or late payment over the phone.

EXTRA SERVICES

For extra services to be added onto your next appointment, we require 72 hours notice. If we need to adjust the schedule to add additional time for the extra tasks, we need notice to be able to do so. Failure to give notice before this time period may result in not having adequate time to complete the additional tasks.

LATE ACCESS

When you book with us, that time is set aside just for you. If we require to be let into a property, we ask that you be at our designated location at your scheduled appointment time. If we require a location of a key or a code to gain access to a property, this is required at the time of booking. If we show up at your location, and you are not there within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, and you have not notified us that you are running late, we will consider this a “no show” and you will be subject to a missed appointment fee of the full price of your scheduled appointment. Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no shows. Late starts due to you arriving late will result in a reduced time. For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late, your 4 hour appointment will now only be 3 hours and 50 minutes in duration. If you are more that 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full fee.

TRAVEL

We make our services available to all whom reside in the locations of Kelowna, Lake Country, and West Kelowna, British Columbia. This being said, we do charge per kilometer of travel outside of the Kelowna City Limits. Fees for this are $.59 per km of travel, in both directions. Any parking fees incurred during your session will also be applied to the final bill. For any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us for more information.

SPOT ON HOLD

We recognize that you and your family may travel or have other obligations which conflict with your regular scheduled appointments. If you need to put your spot on hold, please let us know as soon as possible. To hold your spot 75% of your regular invoice will be invoiced to you for the missed appointments.

 

We allow you to hold your spot for a maximum of a four week period for biweekly clients, 2 week period for weekly clients, and 1 week for clients who have more than 1 appointment per week.
